Is anyone else experiencing a lag between the audio and the visuals? Mine is about one medium beat of music in length...

I don't mind waiting :) I just don't want it to ... go away, because there are important interpretations here, e.g. this is only the second 'Jazz me(d) blues' that I know about.

Usually, it takes a little time to repackage the livestream into vod formats.

It has been in the past. I can't remember if they're available to re-watch immediately, or if it's a day or two later.

Yes, they made an announcement awhile ago that the start would be delayed until 19:00 CEST, but I had my volume down so didn't hear it all.

Whoo! I can hear the recording (great) and auditorium sounds, but have a black screen. I'm guessing that's because we haven't started yet? :)
